Kirsty Woodward - Property Management Team Leader

Having commenced in Property Management in 1996, I have 28 year’s experience in the Industry. Property Management for me is just not a job, it has always been my passion. My primary experience has been Residential Letting and have also had the opportunity to extend my knowledge by being an Onsite Manager for newly built developments. I have extensive knowledge with the current legislation and believe that communication between both Property Owners and Tenants is the key to a successful business relationship and positive outcomes. I have always gone above and beyond to ensure an efficacious Property Management experience for all parties involved.

My homelife consists of being a mother to 2 beautiful children along with my fur babies – Dachshund (Frankie) and Ragdoll (Flopsy). I enjoy staying fit, support my kids in sporting activities and enjoy getting away on weekends away. The beach is also our 2^nd home and what better place to enjoy this by being on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.

Finleh Lightbody - Property Manager

Passionate and driven, Finleh Lightbody brings fresh energy and dedication to property management. With a meticulous eye for detail and strong communication skills, she excels at building positive relationships with property owners and tenants alike. Her goal is to deliver seamless, efficient service and ensure every property is managed to the highest standard.

Working closely with Kirsty, Finleh assists in all aspects of property management, helping to implement and uphold our unique processes that benefit both new and existing clients. Her ability to balance priorities and maintain a proactive approach ensures successful outcomes for all stakeholders.

As a proud mum of three busy children, Finleh knows what it takes to stay organized and adaptable, making her a master multitasker who thrives in dynamic environments.

Kellie, Network HQ Office Manager, professionally manages a broad range of administration and support roles for both clients and staff. Kellie is a friendly and professional communicator focused on keeping our clients up to date with relevant information, answering their questions promptly, attending to any of their related administration, and delegating tasks when needed.

Ian Baker is founder and Managing Director of the NETWORK HQ group of professionals, he practices with integrity, and has decades of valuable knowledge and experience in both the finance and property industry.

Having successfully navigated a vast range of finance and property scenarios from the simplest through to the highly complex, Ian continues to draw on his extensive professional knowledge and experiences to assist clients to achieve their own individual financial and/or property goals.
